the weekend was really risky with the wine tasting and sunday brunch .... i tried my best being mindful of the portions... and this morning, i weighed myself for a sanity check, and thankfully (really, thank GOD!) no change from last Saturday! * high-five *

Done so well all week and ruined it all at the weekend! So cross with myself! But back on track today and hopefully I can recover it a little bit! Been to bootcamp this morning already and going for a run this evening - I'm hoping that I have some water retention as we had chinese food at the weekend, so maybe that is bulking up my weight a little!! Fingers crossed!!0 -

I'm hoping to get to 159 by the end of February - I haven't been in the 150s since university, so I'm excited! I've been losing about 1 pound a week, so I think 159 is definitely possible. Trying to lose more than a pound a week is not realistic for me - especially in the winter when I just want to drive everywhere and curl up under a blanket on the couch (i.e. my current weight loss is by eating less calories only)0 -

I had been keeping at 1200 calories or less for three weeks. Then had a crappy weather week and didn't record anything and ate like crazy. I also did no exercise my first three weeks. Yesterday I started C25K so i am hoping moving will help and have started drinking my water. So I guess i am hoping for some large results in the next two weeks.0 -

Just came across this post today, but have been keeping up with my weigh ins! I seriously need something to kick my butt back in gear. I'm going to set mine for a 3 lb loss.. I'm 6 lbs from goal weight.. for now. I should be able to do this!

Hi guys
I really need some guidance here please. I wanted to lose 10 pounds in total and this started after New Year. I am 5 ft 3 and I weighed in at 131 pounds. I started on the 1200 a day calorie intake but the weight went up and down as i cheated here and there. So I decided to experiment and go to 900 (under 1000 calls a day) and I am now 126 lbs.
My goal weight is 120lbs or a little under, but Im struggling to lose it. Any tips on how to lose 2lbs a week? I now I don't have a lot to lose but I'm petite in height and the weight shows when gained . I just want to get back to the weight i was 2 years ago.
Any help and motivation appreciated
