    Literally jumped up and ran into the kitchen for a 9pm snack because of this post. I still am trying to wrap my head around eating more than my 2,300 TDEE and not instantly transforming back into my old fat self. I am trying to decide if I should start a body recomp at this point (5'5", 155lbs, relatively good baseline strength), but scared!

    Alas, years of psychological scar tissue and being "the fat kid" will make this a far more difficult decision than it should be.
