I just joined and need to add a picture but I'm trying to get my family healthy right now. I am very heavy and starting with the mfp goal of 1863 calories + eating some (most?) of my exercise calories. I have a daughter with some health challenges and her being overweight is making them worse. And if I don't do it, she never will, either.

I'm starting P90X Lean this week! I have tried in the past but after 2-3 weeks never stuck with it. Just make sure you set aside at least an hour a day since most of the videos are around that long. Good luck!0
