    I usually eat a minimum of 350 for breakfast because I think it's important to start your metabolism out strong at the beginning of the day, but today, I had to choke down what I actually did eat.

    2 cups of green tea when getting ready for work
    1 microwave poached egg, the Omega 3 kind at 9:00
    1/2 of Large Jona Gold Apple at 10:30
    Totaled 142 calories

    Lunch came at 12: 216 calories
    And I will have a small bowl of homemade mushroom soup at 3:00 for 70 calories

    I also take supplements which total 128 calories a day in "good oils"

    Dinner will be around 6:00 ish... planning on grilled chicken breast and strawberries over spinach and balsamic vinegar dressing.

    At 9:00 this morning I had a cup of coffee, 3 hard boiled egg whites and 1 hard boiled egg totalling 123 calories. Then at around 11 I had 3/4 cup of fat free greek yogurt, 1tbsp of honey, and a tbsp of flax seed totalling 181 calories.

    Chobani vanilla yogurt, 6 ounces
    Kellogs All Bran Bran Buds, 1/3 cup

    Total of 190 filling calories. I typically eat the yogurt with fruit, so on those days it is more like 210 calories for breakfast. Breakfast is about 5:30am, 200 calorie snack of coffee and some protein (cottage cheese, banana with peanut butter) around 9am, then about a 300 calorie lunch.

    beans on toast keeps the hunger away! i usually have

    2 slices of small wholemeal bread (55kcalx2)

    1 small tin of baked beans (140kcal)

    250 calories! very filling! and healthy!

    Three karelian pasties with some metwurst, some yogurt, and a multi-vitamin supplement.

    566 Kcal, 68g carbs, 22g fats, 17g Protein, 90% of daily recommended calcium, and 21% daily recommended iron.

    Marks and Spencer - Lochmuir Hot Smoked Salmon With Potato Salad & Watercress, 1 packet = 240 calories
    Starbucks - Venti Caramel Light Frappucino (Uk) = 192

    Oatmeal made with milk, cinnamon and honey, and coffee, with lo-fat creamer. 388 calories.
  • Most of the time, I eat for breakfast one slice of whole-wheat bread (Pom, Smart) with 2 tbsp of Kraft light peanut butter and 1 tsp of Map-O-Spread! XD Plus my only (but necessary!) cup of coffee of the day, and half a banana. Total : 356 cal (56 carbs, 13 fat, 11 protein).

    I really cant skip breakfast, but it is my smallest meal of the day and I really dont suffer from hunger before noon. ;)

    well i'm eating breakfast right now (i've been waking up later these days as i'm on the job hunt, and i never used to eat breakfast anyway....) and it's currently consisting of the following:

    1 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1 cup raspberries
    1 slice ancient grains bread
    1 tsp margarine
    1 glass of water

    total cal: 372

    I broke the bank, so to speak and got a breakfast sandwich from Tim Hortons (bagel, cheese, egg, tomato, lettuce, bacon)

    It was 440 calories, but beyond filling.

    omg those are pure taste.....only i used to get it on the homestyle biscuit (so bad), and with sausage...

    so yummy but a salt bomb :(
