    When I grow up, I want to be just like you!! You are a breath of fresh air!! Tired of the 100% focus on just weight loss. Women need to be strong (and still eat their favourite cookie!). Life's too short and you look amazing!! Thanks for the thread.

    But yes, exactly. So much emphasis on being smaller and lighter and the perfect weight or size, and it all seems to come at the exclusion of something else. Again, I'm not saying eat all the cookies or not aim for your personal ideal body...just saying enjoy yourself while you get there.
