I am 5'5" and my highest weight was 181, and my current weight is 161. The lowest I have ever been as an adult was 148 (and 150 is my "healthy" BMI), so I'm not 100% sure what to aim for. I suppose my goal weight is anywhere between 120-135? Lol a 15lb range is kind of big, but honestly at the moment I can't wait to just be in my "healthy" BMI range.0

I am also 5'9", and my ultimate goal is 150, however, I think I will feel happy anywhere in the 150s. I think it depends on your build too. I am tall and medium framed, but for someone my height with a larger frame, 150 might be too slim. I would aim for the top of your normal range of the BMI scale to start and go from there. My original goal was 140. Then 135, then 130. I finally settled around 125.
Just play it by ear and adjust based on what you see in the mirror.

don't plan on looking at the scale much. I want to lose fat, gain muscle, and get shredded! :-)
Same here, my scale quit and I dont plan on getting a new one anytime soon. Just going to go with my jeans fitting and how I feel. I'm 5'2" and my "goal" is 120lbs. Always felt my best there, right now I'm about 150lbs. 30lbs needs to come off... Oh Boy!!0 -
I'm 5'11" and currently around 165. My HW was 195 and LW 144. I think I'll be happy in the 140s but I am more focused on measurements than pounds. I think I look the best when my waist is about 3 inches smaller than it currently is and my hips are a good 5 inches smaller (25, and 37 from my current 28 and 42)0

I'm 5'5.5" (gotta count the half inch!). My goal is 110lbs...my original goal was 120lbs but I'm at 122lbs and still carrying a lot of fat around my lower belly and hips, so I want to lose a bit more.0

I'm taking my goals in small steps but the ultimate is to get to 125lbs. My small goal now is 175!! Whoot whoot 13 more to go!!! :happy:0

I'm 5'9", and I'm not sure. Somewhere between 145-165. I naturally carry a lot of muscle in my legs if I work out even a tiny bit, and 150 was getting a bit too small for me back in the day. However, things change, so I'm going to see how I look once I hit 169 and go from there. :-)0

I'm 5'3 and 127. My goal was 129. Another goal was to go from a size 8 to 6...I'm down to a 4.
I started strength-training over the summer and don't care much about weight anymore...but I would like to reduce the cellulite on the back of my thighs. The cellulite on my butt is completely gone!

I track my body fat using calipers. I only rarely hop on the scale after seeing so many inspiring before and afters where the woman LOOKED lighter, but weighed more or the same, after adopting a strength training program.0 -
