30 day Plank Challenge?

Please add me. I suck at planks, but the only way to get better at them is to do them.

I did it last month. It was tough but I was able to do the full challenge! I really surprised myself at how long I was able to hold the plank. I would definitely do it again.

I've done the Planksgiving challenge, building up from 20 seconds to 3 minutes in 30 days:

I'm now taking it further and have worked my way up to 3:30. Due to attempt 3:45 later today and get to 4 minutes by the end of the month. I definitely notice a difference -- I don't think I've ever had abs before like what I'm seeing in the mirror.

I'm pretty good at holding the plank position whether it be tall or elbow planks. This seems like fun so I'll gladly join you all and help if anyone needs it.

Hehe, I do them when I'm bored in Gym Class so I'm used to it.
