I'm 5"2 currently 132lbs (was154lbs) my goal weight is 126lbs, but now i'm only 6lbs away from that its looking like i need to drop it lower. maybe to 119lb as still have good size fat pouch around my middle0

I am 42, single mom of 3, 5'5" and looking to get to 155 right now... however, that being said I honestly am not going to put pressure on the scale number. I am all about lifting power and with that I know I will likely weigh more on the scale. My numbers that I watch are on the bar and that will bring my numbers around my waist, thighs, arms and chest down to a much happier place for me!0

I'm 5'5" and I have 3 lbs left to get to my goal of 130 lbs. I thought I'd be happy there and I'm not going to change my goal, but I'm thinking 125 will be more what I'm wanting. There is leftover squishiness in my belly that I'd like gone.0

5 9" and goal is 154 since ive been doing extra gymwork the scale hasnt moved though (currently at 168) I have lost inches instead. Would be nice to loose a few more pounds though!0

I think some of it depends on your body type, but I am 5'8", and when I was on WW, the goal they set for me was 162. I got there and lost some besides. Then one day I looked in the mirror and the words I thought I'd never hear myself say came forth, "You look too skinny." So I have allowed some pounds back into my life. I look much better, still have tons of energy, and I feel better when I take that look in the mirror.
I would say you are being realistic, and it is always easy to tweak what you want to weigh once you get closer to that number.0 -

I am 5'9" and my ultimate goal is a muscly 145 lbs. At 148 right now, Going down to 140 or 135 to allow for a slow gain over the summer. It will be awesome!0

current GW is 150
I haven't been anywhere near that weight for over 20 years (spent most of my adult years in the obese range). I remember being in the 130-140 range as a teen and feeling pretty good about my looks. But considering I'm more active now (muscle weight) and older, 150 might look as good now as 140 did back then. We'll see when the time comes.0 -

Ever since having a baby...I am having a hard time losing the weight! It use to fall off with ease. So I am hoping that using this app and doing Zumba will work for me!0 -
