  • I'm 5"2 currently 132lbs (was154lbs) my goal weight is 126lbs, but now i'm only 6lbs away from that its looking like i need to drop it lower. maybe to 119lb as still have good size fat pouch around my middle :(

    I am 42, single mom of 3, 5'5" and looking to get to 155 right now... however, that being said I honestly am not going to put pressure on the scale number. I am all about lifting power and with that I know I will likely weigh more on the scale. My numbers that I watch are on the bar and that will bring my numbers around my waist, thighs, arms and chest down to a much happier place for me! :)

    I'm 5'7", currently weigh 200lbs and want to get to 165-170. However, the scale is really not that much of an issue. I just want a lower bf%

    I'm 5'6. Currently 166 lbs. Wanting to get down to about 135 lbs, but this number is fluid. Once I get lower, I'll see how I feel at each 5 lb milestone.

    I'm 5'5" and I have 3 lbs left to get to my goal of 130 lbs. :) I thought I'd be happy there and I'm not going to change my goal, but I'm thinking 125 will be more what I'm wanting. There is leftover squishiness in my belly that I'd like gone. :)

    I'm 5'9 and would like to be 150 though I may reassess at 170-180. 150 is my dream weight though.

    I'm 5'7" and I'm aiming for 155, lowest 150. I'm having trouble though as I am lifting heavy and I am the smallest I ever have been but the scale isn't moving much anymore (still losing inches).

    5'8, aiming for 140 first (only 5lbs left to lose!) and maybe try get down to 135lbs if I feel like it when I reach my initial goal :)

    5 9" and goal is 154 since ive been doing extra gymwork the scale hasnt moved though (currently at 168) I have lost inches instead. Would be nice to loose a few more pounds though!

    5'4, currently around 169. Aiming for 135-140, which should put me around a UK size 8 and smaller than I've ever been!

    I think some of it depends on your body type, but I am 5'8", and when I was on WW, the goal they set for me was 162. I got there and lost some besides. Then one day I looked in the mirror and the words I thought I'd never hear myself say came forth, "You look too skinny." So I have allowed some pounds back into my life. I look much better, still have tons of energy, and I feel better when I take that look in the mirror.

    I would say you are being realistic, and it is always easy to tweak what you want to weigh once you get closer to that number.

    I'm 5'3". I was 172 in 2011. Started MFP in 2012 weighing 166. Now I'm 137. My goal is 125.

    baby steps - my current goal is 140. I'll see what I can do from there. I haven't been 140 for at least 20 years..... I did just get into healthy BMI territory and that is definitely a nice NSV!

    I am 5'9" and my ultimate goal is a muscly 145 lbs. At 148 right now, Going down to 140 or 135 to allow for a slow gain over the summer. It will be awesome!

    orignial GW was 157 (to get me within healthy range per BMI
    current GW is 150
    I haven't been anywhere near that weight for over 20 years (spent most of my adult years in the obese range). I remember being in the 130-140 range as a teen and feeling pretty good about my looks. But considering I'm more active now (muscle weight) and older, 150 might look as good now as 140 did back then. We'll see when the time comes.

    I am 5'2. I am at 181 right now. Trying to get back down to 120-130.

    Ever since having a baby...I am having a hard time losing the weight! It use to fall off with ease. So I am hoping that using this app and doing Zumba will work for me!
