I honestly think it's all about your body type. I am 5'6 and my goal is 145-155. My high school weight was 145 and I was very thin. I just had a lot of muscles in my legs. I really just go by measurements and body fat percentage.

I am 5'8" and currently 194. My ticker shows a goal of 180 which I definitely plan to hit but after that I am not sure. Probably somewhere between 160-175.0

My goal is 175. I don't know why, that seems like a good weight right now. That'll be 99 pounds overall. If I get to that point and am happy, I'll stop. But if I feel like I can lose more, I will. I have a very large frame for a woman, there's nothing small, narrow, or dainty about me. So I don't think a low weight will look good on me. I'm not going to torture myself just to fit in a specific size, you know?

I am 6'0" and aiming for a final goal of 180. I'm take it every 5 pounds at a time as a mini goal. I'm almost at goal #2, 18 more mini goals to go.0

I'm 5'8" and at 164 I was fitting into all my clothes and very close to loving all parts of my body. I would love to get to 159 to see what that looks like. But I'm more concentrating on how my clothes fit, than the number on the scale.0

100% agree with MsSouthernBell- I am 5'6 almost 5'7 and the 150's look good on me. My body has a lot of musle as per my trainers, so if I got down to 127 I would look sickly, that is actually my body size with just the organs, bones, and skin. I would look like death. I want to be 155 or so with a variance of about 5 lbs.

i'm 5'1 and 139.4... my goal right now is 130, but it might change to 125 once i get to that point depending on how i am feeling0

I'm 5'4. Starting weight was ~200 (Stopped getting on the scale somewhere around 195) Original goal weight was 140, and I looked like a flabby mess...UGW was 125, but I looked like a somewhat less flabby mess. Currently at 119-120, and aiming for 115. I think I'd like to be closer to 110, and have my maintenance range be 110-115, but we'll see. I have a very small frame and a high BFP. (At 120, BFP is still 28%).0

I am almost 5'1'' (154cm) and right now I'm 110lbs. I'd like to get to 104lbs but most importantly to drop another 2 or 3% in body fat (currently at 23%).
Hit a pretty bad plateau after quitting the pill and being in hormone-nightmare for over 6 months, now I'm back to the pill and hoping to go back to "normal"...0 -

I'm 5'3'' and currently 143 -- trying to reach one goal at a time. So right nowmy goal 1 is 140, then goal 2 is 135, etc until I reach somewhere around 129 with muscle, none of that flab. haha0
