I too am 5'4. I weigh 140 and am really happy with the way I look and feel. I want to be 139, it's just my own personal hangup.0 -

I always look smaller than what i really weigh so getting into a size 8 jeans/medium shirt would be nice

100% agree with MsSouthernBell- I am 5'6 almost 5'7 and the 150's look good on me. My body has a lot of musle as per my trainers, so if I got down to 127 I would look sickly, that is actually my body size with just the organs, bones, and skin. I would look like death. I want to be 155 or so with a variance of about 5 lbs.
CW: 175-178 depends on when I weigh myself

i'm 5'1 and 139.4... my goal right now is 130, but it might change to 125 once i get to that point depending on how i am feeling0

I'm 5'4. Starting weight was ~200 (Stopped getting on the scale somewhere around 195) Original goal weight was 140, and I looked like a flabby mess...UGW was 125, but I looked like a somewhat less flabby mess. Currently at 119-120, and aiming for 115. I think I'd like to be closer to 110, and have my maintenance range be 110-115, but we'll see. I have a very small frame and a high BFP. (At 120, BFP is still 28%).0

I am almost 5'1'' (154cm) and right now I'm 110lbs. I'd like to get to 104lbs but most importantly to drop another 2 or 3% in body fat (currently at 23%).
Hit a pretty bad plateau after quitting the pill and being in hormone-nightmare for over 6 months, now I'm back to the pill and hoping to go back to "normal"...0 -
I'm 5'9 and my aim is to get anywhere between 155-165pd (70-75kg) I have medium sized frame and know that particular range suits me well.0

I'm 5'3'' and currently 143 -- trying to reach one goal at a time. So right nowmy goal 1 is 140, then goal 2 is 135, etc until I reach somewhere around 129 with muscle, none of that flab. haha0
