Absolutely I do! Not because it is more comfortable but it helps keep things where they belong.

That for me too. So far it seems to be working

HELL NO!!! Boobs need to breathe, I'm a DDD. If they had to be caged all the time I'd die. Let them be free!!!

I don't. Only if I fall asleep with it on accidentally.

Yes. Always sleep with a sports bra. When I was larger it just wasn't comfortable not to and now it's just habit.

I've just come back from a day out and I didn't even wear one today.
Dark blue dress- not see through.
At the moment I don't even sleep with a sheet on let alone a bra.

I am 46. Have always worn a bra to bed, ever since I started wearing a bra! Even when I was married, he knew how to take them off ;-)

Was a 38 D, now that I have lost some weight I am 34 B/C (depending on bra.) Little to no sagging at all!

I heard a bra at night prevents sagging. I wear a sports bra to bed often.

Aren't you bra sleepers afraid an underwire will spring forth while you sleep and stab you? Perhaps I have irrational fears.

Never thought of that but all the more reason to be bra-less at night. Plus I don't see how it prevents sagging. You're laying down. Gravity isn't tugging on them like they would be if you were standing up. Plus I know people that sleep with them and some that don't and the sagging varies. Let them be free!

I sleep in a sports bra. No wires there. If you sag to the East or West all night , you are sure to go South in the morning!

99% of the time I do NOT sleep in a bra. There's a very rare occasion where I sleep in a sports bra.

I used to sleep in real bras.. there's no way I would anymore.
