3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 12/6 -12/12

Everyone is rocking these challenges! For those that don't know this is a weekly challenge that starts on Mondays. Anyone can join week to week. Everyone sets a goal of atleast 3500 calories to burn for the week and then push push push until you achive it. We have some people doing 3500 calories and even some up to 9000 calories. Also with posting how you burned your calories gives other people ideas on new or different things for exercise.

Here is format for your daily updates.

Weekly Goal:
Mon: carlories burned (how they were burned)
Tues: carlories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: carlories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:carlories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: carlories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:carlories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:carlories burned (how they were burned)

    I"ll give it a try. My goal for this week is only gonna be 3500 this week. My 14 year old son is going in for surgery on Friday so I'll be hanging at the hospital Friday through Sunday and not getting to work out.

    I'm going to join this week!! My federal finance exam hell will be over tomorrow by 6pm. Best one for last!

    Only problem is that I don't think I will get in a workout tomorrow... I will probably just want to shut down after the 3 months of constant stress. Plus I'm going into the office all day Saturday... I like to use Sat as a make-up day to burn extra calories. Hopefully, I will come close though.

    Also I have another goal, to run 6 miles total this week (not all at once though)

    Especially challenging since finals are next week.... yikes! this will seriously cut back on stress though!!!

    I'm in this so helps me when I would much rather sleep in the morning then to get up at 4:40 am ( thoe sometimes I do sleep in and just go and do cardio only).

    Ready to rock and roll this week! So happy I hit my goal last week...I was kind of slacking for some reason! :) Happy to see new comers! :o) This is an AWESOME challenge and a great one to hold yourself accountable! :o)
