    Hi there! I was eagerly waiting for March challenge. First timer here in this type of challenge. My goal for March: 100 KM

    Running or Walking or Treadmilling
    5KM/5 Days. Sat-Sunday Rest Day.

    Fell a bit short of my 50 on foot in February, but in for 55 in March. And my first 10k run on 30th should help keep me focused!

    Good stark with a brisk 8 mile walk yesterday...

    I am going to try for 75 miles in March. A short walk yesterday was all I got in but it's a start!

    I'm in again.

    Done a 10k today, practice on what should just about be the route for my first ever 10k race next Sunday. I'm capable, just terribly slow.

    Then in three weeks I've got a 6 miler, and I'm then in training for a 10k Mud Run at the end of April. So I'm definitely doing 6.2+6.2+6=18.4 miles, let's call it 30 for this month - I'm doing more biking again now, and since I did 32 last month I think I'll be doing roughly the same, though obviously not training as much in the run up to the races themselves.

    I missed February by 3 miles because of a mild injury the last couple of days and because of the month being short-- did 97 miles instead of 100 :/

    So for March my goal is 103 miles to make up for the 3 that I missed last month. I did 10 today, so already off to a good start =)

    3/2 – 5.09 miles (easy/slow run)
