So I started on MFP in January 2012 when my office decided to do a weight loss bet. I have been on and off this site for the over two years. But have really buckled down in the last six months and I see some great progress. I am certainly not where I want to be by any means, but I am a lot closer to my goal, about halfway!! I can not wait till I get to my goal. I know it will take a lot more work and dedication, but I am willing to put forth the effort to see my life completely changed for the better. It takes one small change to start.
Can't call them before / afters YET. How about BEFORE and DURING. Can't wait for my AFTER'S

I am still on my journey, but here is my progress so far. I started at 330 pounds in August 2013 and I am now down almost 44 pounds, all through healthy eating and exercise. I try to stay under 1850 calories a day. I still eat the foods I love, just in moderation.
Me at 330 pounds on the left, and me at 289 on the right, same blue t-shirt.
Me at 315 pounds and me today at 286.4
Every one of the success stories I see on these forums really inspires me to keep going! Thank you all!0 -
