LOVE posts like this! It really makes you stop and examine things!
I'm grateful for the fact that I woke up this morning, my body was sore from the gym, I have amazing opportunities on the horizon and I have an abundance of people in my life whom I can share these moments with. All of these things can be taken away at any moment --- Enjoy them while you have them!0 -

Family and my goofy azz dog Cinnamon
Losing only one leg instead of both of my legs when I was struck by a car when I was a paramedic.
Having the opportunity to have been a firefighter, a paramedic, and a police officer BEFORE I lost one of my legs.

Today is my son's 15th birthday. The doctors told us he probably would not survive until full term and if he did he would only live a couple days. We would never take him home. I am more than grateful they were wrong.0
