    That after 9 days in New Orleans I've only gained 3lbs.:bigsmile:

    I'm grateful for warm, sunny days, vacation (one week!), progress on my kitchen update, and puppy ears :)

    My hubby, my daughter, my grandchildren, my family, that my sweet baby (lab) Sam is feeling better today, my MFP friends and their support, but most of all TODAY - I am on a different track than ever before in my life and I am HAPPY! :heart:

    Not so small accomplishment : Today I am 1/3 of the way to my goal weight. :smile:

    That vending machine in the kitchen area and being the only one in my office today. Chocolate anyone?

    Oh and some other things like my health, family, friends, but mostly I'm grateful for no one being around to see me eat chocolate :)
