Starting weight 202. 40f
Current weight 135 34d
I'm just about 5"8 tall0 -
I went from a 38GG To a 34 F UK size. But the past 10lbs i've not see a change in my breast size, they are actually getting firmer, which is nice0
-
I'm 5'6, at 172lbs I was a 38F, at 155 (current) I'm a 34F and at 140 (which i've slipped up from in the last year) I was a 34E0

Age 21
Height 5' 8'
Starting: 44C 285lbs (the bra was tight too they didn't carry 46C I would have had to go with a D which would have been too big in the cup so I went with the 44)
Current: 38 or 40B 235lbs0 -
Height: 5'5"
Age: 30
Starting Weight: 178
Starting Bra: 38D
Current Weight: 105
Current Bra: 34D
I do have to mention that I had a boob job done at 21. So that's why my cup size is the same.
I need to go get fitted though because my boobs are spilling out alittle bit.0 -
My rock bottom was 255.6 and I lost 48 by myself starting June 2013. I am new to MTP and have lost 11 lbs since I started my current weight is 197; age 26 and about 5"8
My starting bra size was 40-42 D after losing 58.6 I am in a 38 B and I still have 47 to loose.
Please feel free to add me.0 -
34DD/E at 172 and now I'm 34D at 137. Not huge difference but I do have big boobs, I mainly lost weight around my shoulders, arms and hips. I have hourglass body shape. My measurements are 34DD (or 35.5inches) 26.5 360
-
(This for future reference, after I lose the weight!) What was your beginning and current bra size (it would be helpful if you included height, starting weight, and current weight!)
I've lost 35lbs. My cupsize is still D or DD depending on the model, which sucks since I really wanted a C cup, that is obviously not going to happen with me staying in a healthy weight range. But I've gone from 80cm to 75cm0 -
5'2
HW : 214 lbs, 38G/H
CW : 158 lbs, 34E
I'm hoping I don't lose much more off them. I don't really want to be less than a DD.0 -
im 5ft 2
start weight 387lb - 46E
current weight 317lb - 40G
not weighed in 3 weeks so likely to weigh less, the band on my bra (that i bought a week ago) is now getting too loose, 38 should be coming up soon0 -
I'm 5'6. At my biggest I was squeezed into a 42DDD at 240lbs (only because I refused to buy a bigger size) and I'm currently wearing a 32B (140lbs). I've been very large chested my whole life and I'm loving the smaller size.0
-
Without giving too many intricacies I'm like 5 feet tall and when I got down to a size 6 I was a 28 B. I imagine the girls would have shrunk more if I got smaller. I'm currently rocking some godawful amount of D's probably three of them or so. (DDD) and I can't wait until I defy gravity again. I'm looking forward to the shrinkage.0

I'm 5'4" and weigh about 138 lbs. I started at 160 lbs and a 36D and now I'm a 34D. They look really small tho now0

Height: 5' 9"
SW: 291
Starting bra size: 42I (had to pay $150 for each bra!!)
CW: 188
Current bra: 34DDD
Like many, my boobs have left the building. What I have left is a whole lot of saggy skin filling up the cups. Once I hit goal, I'm planning to have a lift, which will hopefully leave me with a C/D cup.
Best of luck to all!0 -
Start was 170.2 and DD
Now 121-124 and small B
5'30 -
Without giving too much in the way of specifics-
5'4"
SW: Over 350. Bra: 50 DDD or F
CW: Under 225. Bra: 40 F or G
At my biggest I never had a bra fitting and I am certain I was wearing the wrong size. By the time I was comfortable enough with myself to have a proper fitting I was actually wearing the right size (at hte time 44 DDD or F).
I just got fitted this past weekend and bought new bras (again). Some of it is saggy skin filling the cups but hey, if I could just walk around with my arms over my head & hands together all day they'd look fabulous.0 -

Starting bra size 42DD (I think)
Current 38D, but I recently fit into a 34E corset style strapless one that my cousin gave me to try. The cup part fit weird (very cone-like), but the 34 part fit fine and I was on the smallest hooks.0 -
Previous Weight/Brasize (UK) : 157lbs / 32GG
Current Weight/Brazise: 142lbs / 30F
Both professionally measured.0 -
Before weight loss size: 38D
After 25 pounds lost: 34D0 -
Yayz! I just got new bras last night!
I was 42C, now I'm 40D. (At this rate I'm going to be 32G when I'm down my 80lbs. erk...)0 -
I used to wear a 36B, but this was definitely wrong due to the bad bra fitting service at Marks and Spencer. I was probably a 34D at the most as my measurements were about 32.5 inches under bust and 38 inches bust. I now measure 30.5 inches under bust and 35 inches bust, so I now wear 32D or 32DD which fit properly, although that just goes to show that bra fitting is trial and error as if you were to go strictly by my measurements I would be a 32C. I could potentially try a 30DD/E in some brands a I found that some fit looser than others.
These sizes are not actually that big in reality, but as many women wear the wrong sizes; some bra fitting places do not do good fittings and because celebrity bra sizes are often miss-reported, they are misrepresented as large. In reality, a D+ is only big if it is on a 34 band and upwards.
When fitting bras, don't add inches to the under bust measurement as this tends to make the band too loose and not give enough support, instead relying on the straps. That is why you get shoulder ache when wearing poorly fitting bras. If you measure for example 32 inches under bust, then wear a 32 band. If you are between sizes, such as 33 inches, try both a 32 and 34 band. Then the difference between this and your bust measurement will be the cup size, although it is a good idea to try a few different sizes rather than stick to one. It will feel tight at first if you are not accustomed to it, but you will soon find that you cannot go back to your old bras because you will know that they are giving no support.
Edit: Lean forward when measuring bust measurement. I measure 35 inches when stood up but 37 inches when leaning forward so that explains why I fit a 32D/DD and not a 32C. This, considered, when I try a 30 band I'll have to try maybe a 30E/F.0 -
At my heaviest (230) I was wearing a 42D. I know it was the wrong size for me but, hey, it worked...I guess.
Currently (177) I am wearing a 36FF that I got fitted for. Wrapping my head around the FF took a little while. I must have been a G or something earlier because "the girls" are smaller than when I was wearing the D.0 -
Start: 5'4 160lbs

Bra size has not changed, 36C. I've dropped a pant size and almost 3 inches off my waist and nothing in the breast area. The last time I lost weight, I gained a cup size. It was weird, but probably due to a birth control switch. For reference btw- at my lowest weight ever, which was a very muscular 120, I was a 36 A and was 15/16, so not fully developed. I don't carry much weight on my rib cage apparently.0 -
Height: 5'1''
SW - 180
CW - 126
GW - 130 (Yeah, below goal, lol. Losing safety pounds).
Starting bra size: 40C
Current size: 32DD
I'm not sure if my starting size was correct, as I had only sized myself - I think I might have been a 38 instead of a 40, but still, I dropped some weight off my ribs, lol.0 -
Hey
At my highest weight of 168 I was a 36F
At my lowest I was 126 and a 32C

I have
height:5'1''
weight: 65
Before size: 36
now: 32 size0 -
I wore a 38DDDD for years @ 160, and my body confidence was terrible because it just didn't fit properly. Getting fitted for a 38H at the time was the biggest game changer for my self esteem. My boobs looked smaller in the proper fit.
A few years ago, I lost about 30 pounds and was down to a 32FF.
I gained the weight back and more, going up to 165 lbs, but a healthier 165 at least (combination of a little muscle mass and fat, instead of just purely fat the first time). I'm fitted in a 34HH right now.
I really hope my bra size doesn't fluctuate for a while because I have a few lovely Panache sports bras in this size and they are so comfortable for running!0
