Some more meals from past week (and more pizza!!)
Shrimp & Portobello mushroom pizza (i counted 31 shrimps!) You will not get this at a pizzeria.
S'mores Banana Split (Roasted marshmallows, chocolate topping and crushed crackers)
Così Chicken & Spinach Flatbread Pizza
Chocolate & Cheesecake Fro-Yo with caramel and brownie topping
A little twist on PHilly Cheesesteak, made it with a rectangular ground chicken breast patty, LOL.
Chicken TRS (Tomato, Ricotta, Spinach) Ciabatta Sandwich, lol.

Here are a few of mine!
This is a normal breakfast for me monday through friday. Light and fit yogurt, simply balanced granola, and frozen berries.
Cauliflower pizza crust pizza!
Healthy Banana bread!
Oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar, half of a banana, pb2 peanut butter, and cinnamon sprinkled on top yummy!

Sure! This is the best and most healthy pizza crust recipe i've found, it's super LOW FAT and amazingly crispy, really you'll enjoy it and it's only around 300 calories for a 12 inch pizza.

Or you can always use a large tortilla and top it with whatever you want, it's works pretty amazing too.
Note: From that recipe i actually make 2 12" pizzas! So each crust is like 327 calories and i susbstitue 1 tbsp of olive oil for only 1 tsp, i even tried it without any oil and it turned perfect!
And with toppings it goes from 550 - 800 cals which is awesome for a 12" inch pizza full of cheese0 -

Made this last night! Homemade Ham and Pineapple with Chillies and Half-fat Mozzarella Cheese, with a round lettuce side salad with tomatoes and mixed peppers. 442 Calories!0 -

Sweet potato and straw mushroom soup, only about 250 cals for a 3 cup serving (huge bowl)

edit: forgot to mention this also had pickled ginger since I was trying to use up sushi ingredients after having snacked on all the nori lol

Veg wonton & capsicum soup
Homemade gluten free sandwiches with pb. canola oil I used to spray on the pan made it taste awful though

After looking at page after page of all this wonderful food I have come to the conclusion my food is so boring! I need to get more creative and jazz it up a bit. I agree with some that I can't imagine eating some of these meals on a daily basis and being able to stay within my caloric goal. BUT..it looks so wonderful!0
