I made this last week. My bf doesn't like my food, so I usually make two different dinners... one for me, and one for him. I loveee to cook, so it's not a big hassle.

i typically stick with some sort of chicken breast - usually baked - and one or two organic (only bc i'm scared of gmos) veggies. and sometimes i'll treat myself with half a whole grain roll or something if i've been good about my diet.
here are a few recent meals:
teriyaki baked chicken w long grain brown rice
balsamic vinegar baked chicken breast
honey mustard baked chicken breast (my fav variation of baked chicken)
