    low fat crab rangoons..recipe from MFP..not 'normal' they have some curry, some jamaican all spice... they were really good.

    I know this is from ages and ages ago, but how did you make the lasagne so low calorie? if you can remember haha

    my boyfriend told me he only had between 300-360 calories left for dinner. i had planned on making lasagna so it was a fun challenge. ended up at 324 calories for 1/4 of the dish and it turned out awesome.

    would you still have the recipe for this?

    what are zucchine noodles and how do you make them? i see them on so many instagrams

    I bought a veggie spiral maker on amazon for about 23 bucks. It makes potato noodles, squash or carrots. I'm sure others too but that's what it shows on the box. So it basically cuts the squash into thin, or udon style type noodles. You can also get thin slices and make homemade potato chips.
