    Options
    I only am able to run on the week-ends and I am going on vacation during the last weekend but I will join in.
    All my runs are outside on the ice and snow.

    3/15/2014 - 5.2 --- I think I finally learned how to run today!!!

    10/3 - 3 miles walking
    11/3 - 3.25 miles running
    12/3 - 4.5 miles running - longest run yet! :)
    13/3 - 3.5 miles running
    15/3 - 9.25 miles walking :-)
    17/3 - 3.3 miles running - felt nice and comfortable, best run yet :happy:

    3/11 – Rest Day (6 hours of yard work. No time or energy to run.)

    3/13 – 5.3 miles (Was supposed to be a rest day but couldn’t keep myself inside. Hope I don’t pay for it on Saturday.)
    3/14 – Rest Day (15 K race on Saturday)
    3/15 – 9.59 miles (Gate River Run-15K 1:35:28. Accomplished goal!)
    3/16 – 4.05 miles (recovery run)
    3/17 – Rest Day
    3/18 – 6.06 (negative splits)
