just started getting back on my bike and really enjoying it. Been out 3 times this week seven and a half miles the first time same the second time today I did a little over 17 miles I'm averaging in with this Florida wind about 14 miles per hour. I need to lose about 40 pounds so hopefully this is something that I can continue. Been here before just wish me luck in sticking with it thank you!0

Did my first long training ride for the season.

Only 30 minutes off of the bike, which is 15 minutes than my former coach would allow (he would allow only 5 minutes off of the bike for every hour)!
