    Took 8 months

    Ate 1270 calories ( don't get upset I'm 5ft 1inch and 62 years old, retired and sedentary)

    Half hour walk about 5 times per week - sometimes longer.

    Don't know how many calories burnt.

    3. 1400 and some days off for hols/celebrations
    4. Gym 3x a week but nothing hard core. Walked a lot to up daily activity. I saw no point in gym for short bursts then sitting on *kitten* rest of time. Fitbit is invaluable for seeing overall activity which made me make more sustainable lifestyle changes.
    5. No idea, never monitored other than seeing what the gym machines said and I don't trust those! Didn't stop me succeeding.

    3. How many calories you were eating a day: Over 2000 calories a day, I now eat between 2500-3000 calories a day (and I'm still losing weight, just more slowly as I get closer to my goal)

    5. How many calories did you burn during your workout: My BodyMedia says my TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) including cardio, walking, and lifting weights, is anywhere between 2400-3000 calories burned a day.

    3.2180-3000 a day...once I hit my goal I slowly reversed out adding 20 cals back a week and kept losing weight during this period.

    5. Difficult to tell as majority of it was weight training and I use the TDEE method.

    Footnote: Currently bulking at the moment, well trying for lean gains.

    4. I cycle 3 days a week. around 34km = 1 hr +
    5. At my current weight (105kg) I burn around 1100 -1300 Cal per workout.

    All these data are from devices.
    - Fitbit Force Tracks my walking cals burned.
    - Fitbit scale tracks my daily weight and body fat %
    - Wahoo Tracks my Hear Rate and cadence to calculate Cycling cals burned

    My daily cal burned without workout is around 2600 Cal. but if I workout it will be around 4000 Cal

    1. At least 60 (probably a little more since I didn't weigh myself the first time until I'd been counting calories for two weeks - not sure why I did that)
    2. 4 years total if you include a 2 year maintenance pause for pregnancy and new motherhood during which my actual weight only fluctuated about 5 pounds
    3. 1200-1400 calories a day
    4. 5-6 days a week before I got knocked up and while I was pregnant, then none, now 2-3 days a week
    5. I have no idea as I never really paid attention to calorie burn. I think now it ends up being 100-150 per day that I workout

    Lost about 30 pounds from September to February keeping it off eating healthy foods when I'm hungry, some weeks I work out 3-5 times, some weeks I don't "workout" at all...I workout until the I'm pouring sweat and since I'm maintaining, I'm burning more than I'm eating...lol

    4. I'm active every day, serious workout at least 6 days a week plus and active rest day.
    5. 400-600+ depends on the day. Saturdays I work out twice, could be upwards of 1000 calories burned.

    5. did zumba 3 times a week the first month after that 2 times a week every other week. I'd say about 600-900 a day

    cut down all sugar, dairy, starches and FRUIT
    only had meats, veggies, egss, salads with no dressing and all seafood.
    No oatmeal, no rice not even brown.
    Monitored by my doctor. I believe it's very similar to The Whole30 and atkins diet.
