I'm new to this challenge, but I figure it will be a great motivator for me. No specific training goals in mind until mid-April, when I start training for a half marathon. Right now, I'm just trying to get back to my normal pace, I took time off in Jan/Feb for an inflammed hip tendon. I also had wrist surgery on 2/27, so no workouts the first week of March.

3/19: 4.04 - sprints at the track (sprint straights, recover on curves)

I'm officially out of the challenge since I broke a bone in my foot two days ago. Hopefully I'll catch the June challenge -- that's when I'll be up and running again according to the doctor. It was nice while it lasted.
