    I'm down 112lbs in the last year and i have 88lbs to go. since i've not lost all my weight i've been afraid to post... but if i get enough support i may post my progression soon in it's own forum post :O ! congrats everyone that lost!

    Wow, guys! You all deserve medals for hard work and determination! Anyone who ever needed to loose weight knows what I'm talking about! I'm just wondering... how did you guys loose all this weight? Calorie counting and working out or some special diets?
    What I did that worked for me is i do low carbs, because its easier for me to stay on track. I count my carbs you could say lol. I love low carbs because I can still enjoy cheese meat etc and that's awesome in my book. I also exercise at least 30 min a day if not more. I take off sundays. You need a rest day!....You have to be in the mindset of I'm going to do this or it won't happen lol. You have to motivate yourself!.....love yourself and love the journey i still indulge!...fitness and being healthy is a lifelong journey so enjoy the journey!!!! good luck!

    ok, here are some update pictures. im not at my goal yet. started at 172, now 157 and a total of 12.5 inches lost to date!
    i hope these photos upload...i followed a great tutorial so fingers crossed...haha

    No special diet, I just try to eat clean, monitor my calories and macros. I workout 5-6 times a week and I love weight lifting....LOVE IT!!!
