    Hi all!!! Love this thread! I really appreciate seeing all the progress because it's what really motivates me. Hope mine motivates you all.

    SW: 353 (pre-MFP)
    CW: 286
    GW:155ish

    No special diet, I just try to eat clean, monitor my calories and macros. I workout 5-6 times a week and I love weight lifting....LOVE IT!!!

    I have a question though...how do you ladies get your stomach so flat?

    Im trying to get ride of my belly and i thought it would be impossible until is saw these before and afters, now i believe.

    Do you have any advice?

    The only way to lose your belly is to keep losing fat. There is so way to spot reduce. I store fat mostly on my stomach, as you can tell by my pictures, and it's the last place I get lean. You just have to keep going... It will come off.

    I am 5'7'', started out 180, made my way down to 165 and still have ways to go to get to 140! Loving the way my body loses the weight though. So proud of everyone, mfp family is what keeps me motivated. Lost the weight in about 6 months and struggling to lose the rest.

    180 to 175 to 170 to 165!
