You are doing great, I need more motivation I'm 241.0 just checked this morning. I want to lose 90 lbs. I'm just starting my journey. I've taken steps bust not done it full force. I'm ready now. I need all of the friends I can get becuase motivation and procrastination are the worst thing for me.0

Everything is still looking good for my hubby. He's been back to work since last Friday and feels awesome. Appt on Monday went awesome and he's holding strong and still losing weigh WTG to him, now if I could only do something about my weight, it hasn't budge for a while.....but I haven't gained either. :happy:0

Yes, I'm glad he's doing much better and is even feeling much better then his old self. Hopefully the rest of 2010 is a nice one and hoping for a great new year0 -

So glad I reset my goals. Now I don't feel like a failure every night...LOL I'm usually under most nights. I know if I were to up my water more I could do better, but from now until after new years, my plan is to maintain....too many goodies around to work on losing and too much to do.....but I can't complain, I love this time of year. We've had close to a foot of snow here over the last week....and it's been continuously snowing, so not one big dump, which is a huge blessing!!!!
We have our annual open house on Sunday (expecting 10-40 people....why can't people RSVP properly????) and my in-laws arrive for a week and half on Monday. Working from home all week, my family dinner is on Saturday, my in-laws family dinner is on Sunday and then two more days off...WHOO hoo!!!0 -
Down to 192 this morning - very slow progress the last month. I think I've hit a bit of a plateau but with the holidays I just don't seem to have the time to get in the exercise I did before. I think if I can just maintain through that I'll be satisfied.
Wish we'd get some more snow! It just doesn't feel like Christmas without the snow everywhere. Just about ready for the big day though - all my presents are bought and I've wrapeed everything I need to. I've got some stocking stuffers to pick up and we'll be good to go. I've got a couple things that I'm waiting on to be delviered - cross your fingers they show up on time.0 -

Maybe if you can't seem to see it visually, you should measure. That's partially why I did mine in a swimsuit... not flattering, but honest and accurate. Plus, the swimsuit keeps me motivated... looking forward to not being embarrassed to wear it! :bigsmile:0 -

Been awhile since I checked in, so I figured I'd do it now before the holiday (I'm sure the extra salt will lead to some weight gain over the weekend).
As of this morning I weighed in at 190.4 - so close to the 180's! That's almost 70 lbs down from my starting point in early July. I really can't believe that I'm making this much progress, didn't really think I had it in me.
Thanks to all of you for your wonderful support. Watching you all make progress is a huge motivation to me, keep up all the amazing work!!0 -
