Mainly I'm trying to be healthier, lower my cholesterol, live a long life. The scale is part of that for me, but definitely not the only part. I'm eating less (at a deficit, no deprivation, trying to fit my macros) -- and moving more mostly by walking with my fitbit, though I want to add some strength training. I started with planks. I may be the weakest person on the planet. Not for long though!0 -

I was thinking the same thing. We're practically weight loss twins.
