    Pretty shoddy weather where I live this week, but I've been trying my best to get out. This weekend, long run (19 - 20K) unless the weather absolutely refuses to cooperate!

    Ugh that 4 miler on Thursday completely butchered my thighs. Went out yesterday and only managed 2.2 (at an EVEN SLOWER pace) and can barely move today. :explode:

    I think there's still some bronchitis-related-junk in my chest because breathing is still laboured
