I'm a 23 year old woman, 165cm tall (5'5ish) , and SW: 133.8 KGS (295 pounds) CW: 109KGS (240 pounds). My goal is to get down to 70kgs (150 pounds) . I work full time, am only new to my fitness pal but I'm hoping to be a daily logger, I under went a VSG on the 24 Feb 2014. I like zumba, boxing, weight lift (pump), and am about to start doing couch 2 5k.

I eat 1300 - 1400 calories and burn 600 - 800 calories M - F at my gym (mostly just alternating cardio machines, but also take random aerobics classes, too) and go for a long (6 - 12 miles) hike on Sundays.
I began this crazy trip down the scale back in September 2013 and I'll be damned if I don't reach my GW by the end of 2014!0 -

GW - I don't care. I think I am there already. I changed my foods to mostly raw veggies and fruits. I eat meat on occasion, as some call it junk food. I consider myself a nutritarian. My energy level is amazing and I am at the gym most days of the week.
I went from size 38 to size 29 pants and my total cholesterol went from 250 to 135. I am living a dream!!!0 -
