 20k today - longest training run yet, and just shy of the half marathon. It was beautiful! Such lovely weather. I am off on vacation for a week starting tomorrow, and I'm hoping to get a couple of 8-10ks in but won't beat myself too hard if I don't. Once I get back, one more long run and I start to taper off...

            Due to some heavy scheduling and major auto issues, I am behind but logged in a couple of miles again today.... I can catch up if I log in a couple of miles most days with a couple of 5Ks thrown in for good measure though. (I typically run on the treadmill since it seems easier on my knees but may start trying the pavement again soon). I have lost 120 lbs over the past couple of years so I am just getting back into the running activity along with continuing my weight training... Goal is to lower my BF% and improve endurance. 0 0
