    I have started regularly going back to the gym - cardio - but I'll admit, I'm not a fan of exercising. I'm looking to feel better in clothes, feel comfortable in a bathing suit and mostly lose because of a chronic back condition.

    had a bad car accident in 2012 that nearly paralyzed me. (I had a 3 level spinal fusion and fractured sternum) I really need to get my life back and take care of me... looking forward to some motivation. being a single working mom makes it near impossible to find time to workout so i try to squeeze it in wherever i can but man, is it hard!! open to suggestions and positive influences!!

    I Love running swimming hiking you name it! I workout everyday 7 days a week sometimes twice a day. 106lbs is not a lot but for me i look like a bit of a chubster! Just trying to find the perfect balance! I have almost been logging for a year only 3 days away! can't wait to meet some friendly people just trying the better themselves!

    I can drop weight like it is nothing but I can put it back on even faster. I may range 20 pounds in one season such as summer or fall. Can't stay motivated and like a typical American I want instant results. I am a hobbyist style chef in the South and I really, truly, enjoy eating which makes things even more fun. Note the sarcasm.
