    4/8 – 3.89 miles (sprints after mile 3)
    4/9 – 2.05 (intervals plus strong lifts)
    4/10 – 5.1 miles (easy run)
    4/11 – 3.95 miles (sprints after mile 3 plus strong lifts)
    4/12 – 4/13 – Out of town, no opportunity to run
    4/14 – 5.74 miles (easy run plus strong lifts)
