Oh yum. No food processor though so I'd have to use onion powder I guess...

Fresh onion tastes better and you burn some calories chopping :)

These look amazing! What are people having them along side? I'm going through a massive quinoa phase, and I'm normally pretty good at meal time- however, meal ideas would be great for these!

I make them with marinated grilled chicken breasts. I marinate 4 chicken breasts in 1/2 c olive oil and 3 tbs Kikoman stirred and only for about 10 min. Then usually some grilled veggies or grilled pineapple or peaches.

I make these all the time, but without any butter, half the eggs, day old baguette (blitzed in the food processor) instead of seasoned bread crumbs, and I grate my onion. It comes out much lighter and delicious (in my opinion). They hold together just fine as long as you allow them to cool once out of the cooker. Give it a go!

I grate my onion, too and use only 2 eggs and half the butter and they are still delicious

We make these without breadcrumbs and they do fall apart somewhat but are still very good! Great recipe!
