    Ran my first 10K today.

    Awesome... way to Go... (I certainly hope there will be a May challenge.. I'm pretty sure there will be) I ran a 5K (or 3.25 miles) on the treadmill tonight... getting closer to being back on track after my early month scheduling conflicts)...

    4/4 – Rest Day (yard work)
    4/5 – 3.63 miles (timed 3.1 @ 29:19 PR!)
    4/6 – 5.1 miles (group run)
    4/7 – 2.02 miles (intervals plus strong lifts)
    4/8 – 3.89 miles (sprints after mile 3)
    4/9 – 2.05 (intervals plus strong lifts)
    4/10 – 5.1 miles (easy run)
    4/11 – 3.95 miles (sprints after mile 3 plus strong lifts)

    5K distance on treadmill tonight. Target for tonight would have been 22 miles but currently at 20.25 miles due to early month issues with scheduling. Still can easily catch up with less than 1.5 miles per day average through the end of the month. 2/3 the way to target.

    Back from vacation! Didn't run while away (though I did walk a lot and also did some spinning), and I started again on Easter. My half marathon is on May 4th, and within the next week I will hit my 200k goal for April. After that, some rest and easy walks/jogs and it's off to the finish line!
