    10k - a bit slower than usual because I felt somewhat bloated and achy (that time of the month). But I did it, and that's what counts!

    5K distance tonight (3.25 mile run) to bring total for the first time equal to where I should be after the first week hiatus that was caused by auto and scheduling difficulties. Finally on track to goal. For 4/24 Total = 25.5 miles. Tonight was chest and triceps day on strength.

    4/12 2.3 miles outside w/daughter in jogger. She was asleep when we got home so I went on another run with her to extend her nap.

    Stopped posting because i realized there is no way I can make my goal this month. :-( I missed a week because i was sick and i had a 5k and birthday that further messed around with things.

    Slightly over 5K distance (total of 3.25 miles) this evening. Brings me to 1.25 miles from goal. Hope to get this last mile and a quarter in tomorrow. Friday was a rest day. Also, tonight was back and biceps day with some core -- forward and lateral planks x 32 seconds X 3. + leg lifts and crunches.
