Replies

I am also 5'8. My goal is 140 but I would be very happy 160 (this was my weight before I had babies). I feel like I have a big body frame. Good luck.0

I'm 5'8" and I'm 22% body fat, 144.5 lbs. I would like to be 18% body fat.0
-
My goal is 160... I have 19 to go0

I'm 5'7" goal weight of 150. Currently I'm 174, start weight was 230.
Before kids my lowest was 129 and I looked sick. I carry my weight well and I weigh more then what I look. So I think for me a little higher is better. So somewhere between 140-150 is what I'm aiming for.0 -
145-150 prob my target. That was where I was most comforable (I'm 5'8)0

I'm 5'8", and I'd like to get to 125-130. I'm currently hovering around 136 and can't seem to get any lower than that, no matter what I do. My highest was around 165. I'd be happy if I got to 130!0

5'8 and want to be 135lbs. People tell me to stop at 160lbs but I still have small lovehandles. I know at 135lbs they'll be gone0
-
I'm 5'8. My 'ultimate goal' is around 120, but it might change. If I get below 130 and I'm happy with that I'll probably just stick with that. If I'm not happy with 120, I should probably reevaluate. (Currently chilling around 138)0

I'm aiming for 160 and I am 5'8, currently 215lbs.
I was 135lbs before I put on all my weight and I was very ribby and hippy and my butt hurt if I sat down for too long as there was no padding! So I think 160 is about right for me0 -
I'm 5'9. Ideally, i'd like to be around 120-130.0

I'm 5'8" and my goal is around 140, depending on how I feel as I get closer. I started at 201 and I'm currently at 194. So long to go haha0

I'm just over 5ft 8 and I'm aiming for a 140 lbs. I weighed a lot less than that when I was younger, but I was very thin. I think 140 lbs is a good healthy weight for 5ft 8.0
-
I'm 5'8". I deal for me is between 145 and 155. At 160, I begin to get too soft and don't like the way my clothes fit.0

i'm 5'7 and my goal weight is 135
but a very toned and lean 1350 -
I'm 5'8 was 135, now up to 142 from diet changes and gaining muscle mass0
-
I am currently 143, and my goal is 1300
-
I'm 5'8 and I started at 215... I'm currently 153, but I'm shooting for 145.0

I know I'm not quite 5'8' but I am 5'7", My ultimate goal weight is 160-165. I am at 170 now and most people think I'm about 15-20 lbs less. I don't remember being under 170 but if I were under 150 I'm pretty sure I'd look like a rail so that's why I figure 160-165 would be good. I'm not sure if I can get there as I like to live life a little too as in some treats and a few beers here and there. if I stay where I'm at now I'm ok with that too : )0
-
I'm 5'8" and my first goal is 150-155ish. I'd like to eventually get down to 140-145 though.
I'm currently 162.0 -
I am 5'7.5, with and average frame, and my goal is 150-155.I used to be 155 and I was very happy there. However, I had zero muscle when I was 155...I was skinny fat lol. Now, I fluctuate from 168-170 with 28% BF, and I don't mind it. I have a lot more muscle now, so 170 looks a lot differently on me now than it used to when I didn't strength train at all.
Everyone is different and going after a different look, but 140 definitely sounds healthy/attractive enough to me0 -
Im 5'8" and currently weigh 270 pounds. I wear anywhere between a size 20 to 22 pant depending on the cut/style. I have a large frame as well. I am looking to get below 200. Once I reach 199 pounds I will see where I will go from there. I am not looking to be a size 2. I want to be comfortable in my own skin. This is the biggest that I have ever been. I would be happy to be a size 14. I hope that I can lose the weight.0

I'm 129lb at the moment, at 5'7", small framed.
I am the same hip and thigh measurements as I was at 123lb last autumn (which I loved being even though I was just on the bottom of the bmi chart. I've never run so fast since!)
I bulked over winter and added some muscle and fat and other stuff!
Just melting the fat off now, very slowly as I triathlon train.0 -
I'm 5'7'' and my goal weight is between 125 and 130 lbs.0
-
I'm gonna stop at 1600
-
I am 5'7 and a half. I was at 160 before gaining it all back. I felt and looked good at that weight. Super toned and healthy. I really need to get back to that, because it was ideal for my frame. But 155 would be nice, too.0
-
I'm gonna stop at 160
I mean go into maintenance . Not quit0 -
I'm 5'9.5" and was 318 when In started, with a goal of 140 pounds to lose. I'm down 11 pounds and I'm still going! I haven't been on long0
-
I'm 5'7 so almost there. I've been maintaining at 131-133lbs for 3 months now, however I've seen the light of the 120's and felt best there. I'm cutting right now to get down to 125, so that I can maintain between 125-128. Not to say that I'm not happy here, if I struggle to get 125 or if my body doesn't want to stay there I'm perfectly content right here in the low 130's.0
-
5'8 between 130 and 140. Once I get to that range (16 lbs more or so) I will see how I feel and go from there.0
-
5'7. The lowest I got to was 133 but I was skinny fat. No muscle tone and fat belly, 27% BF. Now I am working on increasing my weight, just a little, by increasing the weights I lift, and decreasing BF% Its slow going. I am about 136 at the moment and 25%BF0
