I had one whole egg microwaved with 2 tbs. low fat mozzarella cheese in a small low carb whole wheat tortilla and a small banana. I am full and it was only 262 calories

Yum! I had homemade gluten free muesli with blackberries and unsweetened almond milk and a fresh mango! Oh and coffee of course.0

Chobani 100 calorie strawberry yogurt and I added a tablespoon of flax seeds. I drink a cup of water before i eat anything in the morning and 1 with my yogurt and it fills me up0

- Plum - 1 small
- Water
And a bowl of porridge (oats and soya milk)

An egg, extra-extra-thick bacon, and tomato-onion jam on a croissant, 1/3 of a malted waffle with butter and syrup, a little salad with carrots, cherry tomatoes, and buttermilk ranch, and a traditional macchiato (espresso with just a tiny bit of warmed milk.)
It's my non-logging day, so this was my fancy brunch of the week.0 -
Haven't finished the chicken soup yet, but ate those two bananas like there was no tomorrow.
