Home made dark chocolate raspberry cupcakes with flax and oatmeal and protein powder, super nummy 180 cals each0

It was a race day, so half a can of Cherry Coke Zero and a row of Peeps.0

Nothing....I work up at 11:30, had half a Honey Stinger bar...then had a 5 mile run, then drank a chocolate milk and now going to Joe's Crab Shack.0

I had a double serving of cold cereal (a generic Special K type) with whole milk and chocolate syrup. Then after my run, for Second Breakfast I had 2 cinnamon raisin bagel thins with a buttload of whipped cream cheese on them, plus 3 clementines and a banana.
Also coffee.

Pancakes made with 70g mashed banana mixed with 2 egg whites, a scoop of unflavoured whey and some flavouring, topped with sauce made with 10g peanut butter, 2 tsp milk, 5g whey and 10ml maple syrup. One of my favourites.0

Today I had two breakfast tacos with scrambled tofu and black beans.

I had leftovers from last night: shredded pork soft tacos, red potatoes and carrots, followed by pudding. I couldn't finish it all, so my dogs got a bit of a treat.0

Haven't seen this one. My Mom used to call it "banana cereal", though I added the seeds & substituted almond milk for whole milk:
1 medium banana (114g), sliced into the bowl
Sprinkle with a tablespoon of chia seeds (12 g)
Add 1/2 c unsweetend almond milk and enjoy with
Coffee & almond milk
