Yesterday I had a Fage 2% honey yogurt with banana and cinnamon.
Today I had two breakfast tacos with scrambled tofu and black beans.

I had leftovers from last night: shredded pork soft tacos, red potatoes and carrots, followed by pudding. I couldn't finish it all, so my dogs got a bit of a treat.0

Haven't seen this one. My Mom used to call it "banana cereal", though I added the seeds & substituted almond milk for whole milk:
1 medium banana (114g), sliced into the bowl
Sprinkle with a tablespoon of chia seeds (12 g)
Add 1/2 c unsweetend almond milk and enjoy with
Coffee & almond milk

Homemade smoothie:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
3 medium frozen strawberries
1tsp chia seeds
1tsp flax seed (ground)
1/2 banana
1/3 cup chobani nonfat vanilla (greek)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
coffee with splenda and 1 1/2 tbsp half and half
gives me about 15 gms fiber!0 -
I had quinoa mixed with almonds, banana, pineapple and greek yogurt! Very filling, and a great way to give me energy for the day.0
