    You can set your goals now and start logging your runs on Thursday.

    Congratulations to those that hit your goals this month or about to. If you didn't meet your goal, that is OK! You can try again in May. Don't give up, keep it going and the improvements will happen.

    If you had injuries, RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) it and get back to it as soon as you can. I had to deal with injuries from Feb into March. April was the month that I finally started get back into it and now I am stronger than ever.

    Cool! I was wondering how I was so kindly invited to a running group.

    I'm currently at 90 miles for the month. I MIGHT be able to get 10 miles in tomorrow if I'm determined enough to get two runs in. It'd be one in the morning with my training buddies, and one alone in the afternoon. We'll see!

    I had a slight bout with runners knee that really slowed me down, it is getting better and I have been able to run again. I got 10 miles in today and man it feels good to be able to get that distance again. Still I know I'm not gonna make my goal but I'm proud of myself for getting as far as I have! Definitely in it for May!!

    So I've hit about 1/3 of the distance I wanted to try and hit this month. I feel like everytime I join a challenge more determined than the last time, but never quite make it!
    Am hoping to get in a run today and tomorrow and that will get me close to 2/3rds..... Going to have to do better next month!

    I won't be reaching my goal for April but I'm going to keep my goal at 70 miles for next month. I'll be increasing my runs preparing for my next trail race. So some 24 hour periods I hope to have 3-4 runs.
