    Most of my results are from following MFP and sticking to my calories 90% of the time ( the odd cheat meal ) Also moving (walking/running/calisthenics) 20-30 min a day :)

    I'm a constant work in progress. :) Doing a bit of strength training now to build some muscle! I'll update my progress picture when the time comes.. But for now, I'll take it one lift at a time! :laugh:

    Starting 270, currently at 177.7. Originally my goal weight was 150 but I am pretty sure I will change that once I get there. :drinker:

    Left two I'm 180ish, and the right two I'm 135. I've lost 10lbs since then :)

    My profile pic is me at 275lbs and current at 184lbs. I'm not an after yet, I'm a 2/3rds there!! hahaha :wink:

    I started around 300lbs and ended about 124.7

    Between starting a night shift job, my divorce and starting a new relationship I've gone up to about 145. Honestly, that's okay. I know they're not really great excuses, but oh well. I'm not really looking to make any. I know it's all my own doing. :P I'm still doing well and maintaining that weight. When the spring FINALLY starts here, I plan on starting to run outside. I want to get back to about 130-135 and keep it there toning up more. :)

    Wow! What an amazing transformation. My big fear is excess skin but I would rather have that issue than the multitude of issues I have now.
