I did adventurous today. A glass filled to top with layers of mash banana, nonfat yogurt, blend of oats, rye, barley flakes simmered in banana puree, a glob of reg. local yogurt on top with sliced fresh banana slices.
The hot cereal taste much better than i expected especially combine with sweet banana and fatty yogurt. Its ah-mazing. Now I know what ill have for the whole month, or teo:laugh:0 -
Guilty.... I went to the deli and had 2 eggs over easy on a whole wheat roll with bacon. It was delicious and thankfully they forgot the cheese! lol0
