    I really need some motivation to get me on track, so maybe this is the perfect thing for me. =)

    SW: 180 (12/29/10)

    Several people have asked, so I am saying we can start from January 1st! So, if you worked out yesterday, you are already ahead! So, yay for you for being good and you didn't even know it!! :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    I'm in too Posh, today can be my first day off as I only did 30min (I'm heading out to a New Years Concert this evening), but yesterday I did do my 1hr plus so....looking forward to it!!! 24hrs in one month I think that's definitely doable....Hip Hip Hooray!!! :smile:

    I've never done a challenge before so I need some pointers, but I would love to try. Jan 1st 30 mins on elliptical and 30 mins on recumbant bike...... 166 lbs......160 by feb1st

    I'm in though I am not going to be exercising for a few days until the cough gets under control and the muscle aches subside. I swear I'm never complaining about sore muscles after exercising again after I get better. I can still make goal since I usually exercise for about an hour daily.

    I'm in like fylnn! I think this a great motivation. I also need a kick in the rear every once in a while. I worked out 48 mins today.

    Im in.. this is a kind of challenge that I am up for! I am starting tomorrow, so a couple days late. Hopefully I can manage it. Normally I get in 35 min workouts 4 times a week, only time I have in between jobs. So it will be a challenge for me to get something in in the evening as well. I play socer about 2 times a week. This is that extra motivation I need to step it up a notch for January :)
