    I did adventurous today. A glass filled to top with layers of mash banana, nonfat yogurt, blend of oats, rye, barley flakes simmered in banana puree, a glob of reg. local yogurt on top with sliced fresh banana slices.
    The hot cereal taste much better than i expected especially combine with sweet banana and fatty yogurt. Its ah-mazing. Now I know what ill have for the whole month, or teo:laugh:

    Guilty.... I went to the deli and had 2 eggs over easy on a whole wheat roll with bacon. It was delicious and thankfully they forgot the cheese! lol

    Coffee first, then more coffee, then Quaker Apple Cinnamon Warm and Crunchy Granola with 1/4 cup of skim milk and a medium banana, oh and more coffee :drinker:

    one cup of chai (Tazo chai concentrate with 1/2 cup coconut/almond milk) and 1/2 cup Cheerios. It's not much, but I don't have to work today so I can get along with less breakfast..

    Eggwhite omlette cooked in coconut oil, with lowfat cheddar cheese and fresh dill inside; topped with homemade chili and some salsa. Two slices of wholegrain bread and butter. Coffee with creamer and sugar. Damned delicious.

    Can you believe all that fits into my calories AND my macros?? I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't tested it out in my food diary before cooking for the day.

    Well on Sunday (the OP date), it was BLT with fried egg. But today, was a cup of low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks. It's like having dessert for breakfast!

    Gah, this morning I pigged out on a bunch of smoked ham slices wrapped up with extra sharp cheddar and beer mustard and bread and butter pickles in a tortilla. It was about 350 cals of amazing!
