            Fast food is my BIGGEST problem when it comes to gaining weight! I usually eat out several times a week, but I'm trying to change that for the better! I'm kind of nervous to join this challenge, but I guess I'm in. I know that I can do it, it's all about willpower. Does Subway count though (if I get one of the healthy sandwiches)?

            The fast food question....yall I forgot to go into detail! Fast food means mcdonalds taco bell kfc...if you can't go in and sit at a nice resturant that a waiter comes to you and you have to leave a tip then its fast food!!!! Subway is okay!!!!0

 Monday: Had a ticket for a free sandwich promotion at Chick-fil-a this morning for breakfast. I'd had no fried food for the last week to reward myself with that but skipped it once I joined this challenge and opted for breakfast at home instead. Good luck to all!0

            Hey Everyone!
 Well my first day without fast food went EXTREMELY well. I am usually one to just grab some fast food while im out and about.. but today was different. I did what I had to do... stopped at a gas station to get some water and a small bag of popcorn when I got really hungry, ate that. And then came home to eat. SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE! Woot!
 So excited about doing this and joining my fitness pal. You guys have no idea.0
