    Ulitmate goal weight: 155 would make me very happy, but it's the top of my healthy range, so I'll get there and see :)

    Monday: Had a ticket for a free sandwich promotion at Chick-fil-a this morning for breakfast. I'd had no fried food for the last week to reward myself with that but skipped it once I joined this challenge and opted for breakfast at home instead. Good luck to all!

    Monday :laugh: I usually stop and get a breakfast sandwich didn't. I also passed several fast food joints on the way home but didn't stop.

    Monday- Worked out on p90x thought I could eat more since I worked out but I am not even hungry!! (plus no fast food!!!!!)

    Hey Everyone!

    Well my first day without fast food went EXTREMELY well. I am usually one to just grab some fast food while im out and about.. but today was different. I did what I had to do... stopped at a gas station to get some water and a small bag of popcorn when I got really hungry, ate that. And then came home to eat. SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE! Woot!

    So excited about doing this and joining my fitness pal. You guys have no idea.

    Monday - :smile: No fast food. Even had a good dinner! BBQ chicken tenders (oven). Even ate less than I would have normally!

    Kimberly, happy to say that my first day back was great. I feel great and dd a decent work out. Cant wait for zumba tomorrow. Oh and no fast food. Mcdonalds was calling my name earlier.

    Monday I did good. No fast food. I was also able to not go over my calories for the day. I hope I can keep it up.

    Wow this sounds great! Count me in! There are times when I know that I'll be driving by McDonalds and I have honestly stopped and put my purse in the trunk so I won't be tempted to go through the drive-thru. It is terribly embarrassing to get out of the car while in the drive-thru line and have everyone see how round I am - while I dig my purse out of the trunk. Oh..the games we play with ourselves hey. :)

    ooops does that cound Hubby dragged me to a free pancake breakfast at the casino wiht 2 pancakes syrup (little) and bacon which I gave half to him and drained the rest, hash browns ghave him most of these almsot all, and a sausage gave most to him as well

    Tuesday, no fast food although I really wanted something. I did go over my calories a bit, I didn't feel like exercising.
