Monday: Had a ticket for a free sandwich promotion at Chick-fil-a this morning for breakfast. I'd had no fried food for the last week to reward myself with that but skipped it once I joined this challenge and opted for breakfast at home instead. Good luck to all!0 -

Hey Everyone!
Well my first day without fast food went EXTREMELY well. I am usually one to just grab some fast food while im out and about.. but today was different. I did what I had to do... stopped at a gas station to get some water and a small bag of popcorn when I got really hungry, ate that. And then came home to eat. SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE! Woot!
So excited about doing this and joining my fitness pal. You guys have no idea.0 -

Wow this sounds great! Count me in! There are times when I know that I'll be driving by McDonalds and I have honestly stopped and put my purse in the trunk so I won't be tempted to go through the drive-thru. It is terribly embarrassing to get out of the car while in the drive-thru line and have everyone see how round I am - while I dig my purse out of the trunk. Oh..the games we play with ourselves hey.

ooops does that cound Hubby dragged me to a free pancake breakfast at the casino wiht 2 pancakes syrup (little) and bacon which I gave half to him and drained the rest, hash browns ghave him most of these almsot all, and a sausage gave most to him as well0 -
Tuesday, no fast food although I really wanted something. I did go over my calories a bit, I didn't feel like exercising.0
