Oh god where to start. Chocolate cake. Chips (particularly the chicken variety). And let's not get started on the lollies: milk bottles, teeth, strawberries'n'cream, chikos, oh, I love 'em all. And to make it even worse, there's a McDonalds not even 1km from my house - and do I ever love their breakfasts...not to mention a soft spot for KFC.

Bread and butter.
I can slay a loaf of bread and half a pound of butter making toast. Easy.0 -
1) PEANUT BUTTER
2) CEREAL.......... Crunchy nut cornflakes, Fruit & Nut, Shreddies, Cornflakes etc.... I will sit there literally eating it, until its all gone......!!!

Iccceee Creaaaaaam. If I want something sweet, it's usually ice cream. Luckily we don't keep it in the apartment or I'd be SOL. So when my craving hits I would have to drive to the ice cream parlor and spend money on the deliciousness. (Double deterrent... I hate wasting gas... and I'm saving for a wedding. Whoo!)

Any kind of candy that comes in little paper cups nestled in a box. (Cuz I'm fancy like that!)

Jalapeno kettle chips, cheese-its, funyons... I just can't have them in the house.
Also sourdough baguette. I will just dip in oil and balsamic until it's all gone.0 -
Peanut butter. I love it so much, but it's so easy to take a spoon to the jar and rack up hundreds of calories. It's currently on a time out from my house.0

Any sort of chip... I can't eat a few then stop - I eat the whole dang bag.

Any sort of fast food sets me off, too. Except for pizza, I can take it easy with that. Anything else (especially Chinese take out) and it's all over but the crying.0 -

Any kind of cheese flavored cracker or chip: cheez-its, goldfish, better cheddars, etc. My brain just shuts off when I have them around. Sadly I have a little carton of them in my place right now from a road trip, but if I really really want them I'm trying to practice serving size portions only. Dear god, it's difficult0

Every Friday is grocery night, so my BF and I work 7am-6pm, then go shopping. Because it is such a late night we made that "cheat night". Before going paleo it was always a LG pizza with extra meat and cheese, fries, 2 bags of chips, a cheese cake, and other sugar filled treats. And beer.... lots of beer. But ever since going paleo every week we got less and less food. So now binge Friday consists of frozen thin crust pizza, hand full of dark chocolate covered raisins, 1 bag of chips that barely gets touched, and a 6 pk of beer.0

BREAD!!!! Anything bread, pastries! Aghhhhhh! I could eat a whole loaf of banana bread, cinnamon bread, raisin bread. Bread with coconut filling. Oh good stuff.

Well I dunno if it counts as a binge food cos I have never gone over my calorie limit on em. But I have great difficulty eating just one pack of beef jerky. What can i say i love the stuff. I would probably eat 4 packs in a sitting if I was just eating how much I liked.

Marks & Spencer's gluten-free chocolate loaf cake. I love it and despite how rich, sweet and gooey it is, I could easily sit and eat the whole thing in 10 minutes. I practically never buy it because I cannot have just one little bit and I always feel dreadfully guilty after. It's one of very few GF cakes I've found that taste like 'normal' cake, so it's even harder to resist.0
